Drop Rate Disclosure
Under Article 33(2) of Korea's Game Industry Promotion Act and its Enforcement Decree, the types and probabilities of paid randomized items in Core Breaker are disclosed below. The same information, together with your current pity counters, is shown in the game under Drop Rates on the Gear screen.
1. Products covered
The only item with randomized contents is the Supply Crate (called a work order in the game). Opening one crate places one piece of gear in your inventory. The gear slot is chosen uniformly among the slots you have unlocked, and the grade follows the table below.
Supply Crates are not sold directly for cash. You order them in the in-game trading post (canteen) with bills (a paid currency) or gold, or receive them from mine auto-generation and rewards. Because bills can be bought with cash, crates ordered with bills are treated as paid randomized items and their rates are disclosed below.
Crates earned for free (mine auto-generation, gold exchange, rewards) and crates ordered with bills use the same probability table and the same pity counters. Order prices are the bill amounts shown on the in-game screen.
2. Grade probabilities
Grade SS becomes available after completing "Unlock SS Gear" in the Upgrade tab. Before that, the SS share is added to S. Likewise, while your trade rank cap is below S, the share of grades above the cap is added to the cap grade; the exact rates at that moment are shown on the "Now" line of the in-game Drop Rates screen.
| Grade | Before SS unlock | After SS unlock |
|---|---|---|
| D | 52.6% | 52.6% |
| C | 30% | 30% |
| B | 12% | 12% |
| A | 5% | 5% |
| S | 0.4% | 0.3% |
| SS | - | 0.1% |
Each column sums to 100%. Stats do not vary randomly within a grade.
3. Pity (guaranteed) rules
| Condition | Rule |
|---|---|
| No S or higher | At least one S or higher within 240 crates (guaranteed on the 240th) |
| No SS | After SS unlock, at least one SS within 800 crates (guaranteed on the 800th) |
- Pity counters are per account and shared across all gear slots.
- A counter resets based on the grade actually received. If the trade rank cap lowered the grade, the counter does not reset.
- The SS counter counts crates opened after SS is unlocked.
- Your current counter values are shown on the in-game Drop Rates screen.
4. What is not randomized
Products sold for cash (bill packs, paychecks, bonus envelopes, the welcome kit, the ad-free pass, breakthrough supplies) grant exactly what the purchase screen shows. Boxes found during excavation and card draws inside a run are free content not linked to paid currency; their rates are shown on their own screens.
